Went for tis fire fighting course on mon... all i can say to all fire fighters esp female ones
I salute you!
their job are tough man... safety gear + breathing appratus= 25-30Kg and need to hold on to a hose havin 10 bar pressure of water sprayin out at one end.... Extremely fit!!!

speakin of the hose i nearly lose balance while handlin it although its only sprayin at 7 bars... and tis other guy was flunk backwards and slam on to the wall... how pathetic we were infront of the pros.

Advance Firefighting...
hmm... doubt i'll be able to survive base on my fittness level now... havin to carry those gear on me and a 75 kg dummy, fighting a fire in an enclosed space all dark and smokey ...

Also,saw a video bout the incidient 2 yrs back on the tanker expolded when 7 ppl were weldin inside killin them... when the firefigthers pulled the corpse out from the manhole i stunned me. the Sir warned before showing:" its not a dummy, its for real. A real corspe." . Despite the reminder i'm still shock by how tt body looked... all chared and stiff. the close up on the face... will never forget it...
we were all silent... our hearts go out to them.

well.. the trios are mun, li and me! known lixin since primary 5 and since than.. we've had a hell lotsa fun together! hahas.. know mun thru li.. basically we're crazy people who love hanging out with each other! hehes.. u guys rock! forever friends (:

1) Cleaning void deck with plastic bag & water
